Job summary

PT. Milenial Solusi Internusa seeks a Freight Forwarding Business Development Manager for the South Tangerang on-site role. You will identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and promote logistics services while coordinating with operations and support teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain business development with a strong understanding of international and domestic shipping processes.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills, including building pipelines, closing deals and managing key accounts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for interactions with clients, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with market research, opportunity analysis and sales forecasting.
• On-site work in South Tangerang with ability to collaborate with operations and customer service teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and negotiate rates and contracts.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality.
• Conduct market research, manage the sales pipeline, and track performance.
• Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management, attend industry events.
