Job summary

PT. Milenial Solusi Internusa in South Tangerang, Banten is seeking an experienced Freight Manager to oversee and optimize freight operations, coordinating with customers, carriers, and logistics partners.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
At least 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Pricing, Commercial, or similar managerial/supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of Air Freight and Sea Freight pricing.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

Manage and prepare competitive pricing and quotations for Air Freight, Sea Freight, and other logistics services.
Negotiate rates with airlines, shipping lines, agents, and other vendors.
Analyze costs, market trends, and profit margins to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
Support the Sales team with timely and accurate quotations.
Manage RFQs, tenders, and contract pricing.
Monitor and update buying rates and market pricing.
Lead and develop the Pricing team.
