Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales & marketing experience in plastics.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Understand costing, pricing, margin, volume, capacity and profitability.
• Able to analyze sales data, market data, customer trends and competitors.
• English proficiency.
• Willing to be located in Gresik area.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers, business opportunities and projects to achieve sales targets.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to order conversion.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure continuity of new project orders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct market research on trends and customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer and project requirements.
• Ensure projects delivered per specifications, timelines and commercial requirements.
