Brink’s Inc is seeking an energetic Assistant Catering Manager to support the management team at our Tasikmalaya operations, West Java. This on-site, full-time role involves overseeing daily catering activities, helping with event planning, supervising staff, and ensuring client satisfaction.

You will manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, train new staff, and coordinate with clients to select menus.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering, hospitality, or related field.
• Ability to manage staff and work in a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to be on your feet and lift moderate weight.
• Willing to relocate to Tasikmalaya, West Java, ID.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Catering Manager in overseeing all aspects of catering operations.
• Supervise catering staff during events, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Support event planning and coordination, including client consultations and menu selection.
• Manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring proper stock levels.
• Ensure adherence to all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist in training and onboarding new catering team members.
• Handle client inquiries and address any service-related issues promptly.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown as needed.
• Prepare reports on event execution, inventory, and staff performance.
