PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to drive customer acquisition for its expanding B2B and e-commerce business. You will manage end-to-end digital marketing activities, performance campaigns, SEO, automation, and vendor coordination to strengthen online visibility and lead quality.

The role requires analytical thinking, commercial drive, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous optimization and testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably B2B/e-commerce.
• Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4/Analytics, and CRM workflows.
• Experience leading multi-channel campaigns, performance marketing, and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel customer acquisition strategies to generate qualified B2B leads and orders.
• Build and optimize funnels across digital channels and improve ROAS.
• Coordinate campaigns with Google/Meta Ads specialists and external partners.
• Implement and optimize marketing automation, CRM workflows, and lead-nurturing programs.
• Plan SEO initiatives and on-site content optimization for high-intent searches.
• Lead offline B2B marketing events and digital content coordination.
