Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator for an on-site role in Cikarang, West Java. You will lead end-to-end digital marketing efforts, manage performance campaigns, generate B2B leads, and optimize SEO, automation, and CRM workflows to accelerate growth.

You'll collaborate with leadership and vendor partners to improve acquisition, retention, and online visibility, while driving cross-channel campaigns and data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in e‑commerce, technology startups, B2B platforms, or consumer-oriented businesses.
Proven experience managing paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads with measurable results in lead generation, conversion, and ROAS.
Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4/Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
Experience managing marketing automation tools, CRM workflows, lead-nurturing campaigns, and customer acquisition pipelines.
Fluent in English for technical documentation, presentations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-channel customer acquisition strategies to generate qualified B2B leads, sign-ups, and orders.
Build, monitor, and optimize acquisition funnels across digital channels.
Track, analyze, and improve CPL, CAC, CR, and ROAS metrics.
Coordinate daily performance marketing activities with specialized teammates.
Monitor campaigns, budgets, audiences, creative performance, and A/B tests.
Collaborate with technical teams to implement marketing automation and CRM workflows.
