Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Experience managing paid campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4/GA.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel customer acquisition strategies to generate B2B leads.
• Monitor funnels, CPL, CAC, CR, and ROAS; optimize campaigns.
• Coordinate daily performance marketing activities with specialists.
• Manage external agencies and marketing vendors.
• Implement marketing automation tools and CRM workflows.
• Lead nurturing via email and WhatsApp campaigns; improve retention.
• Oversee SEO initiatives and content optimization.
• Plan offline B2B marketing activities and events.
