Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator for an on-site role in Cikarang, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. You will own end-to-end digital marketing activities, lead generation, and performance campaigns to fuel B2B growth and e-commerce initiatives.

You will work with a lean performance marketing team, optimize funnels, coordinate with Google/Meta specialists, and collaborate with technical teams to implement marketing automation, CRM workflows, and nurturing programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or communications.
• 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B or e-commerce.
• Proven ability to manage paid campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel customer acquisition strategies to generate qualified B2B leads and orders.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns, budgets, audiences, and ROAS.
• Coordinate with Google/Meta Ads specialists and external agencies.
• Plan offline B2B marketing events and industry trade shows.
• Implement marketing automation, CRM workflows, and lead-nurturing campaigns.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to leadership.
