Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to drive B2B and e-commerce growth from our Cikarang base. You will manage multi-channel campaigns, optimize funnels, and collaborate with marketing partners to generate qualified leads and orders.

The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and experienced with Google/Meta ads, SEO, automation, CRM workflows, and performance reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Experience managing paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads with measurable results.
• Strong command of GA4/Google Analytics and GTM.
• Experience managing marketing automation tools, CRM workflows, and lead‑nurturing campaigns.
• Familiarity with SEO strategy, keyword research, CRO.
• Experience coordinating with external agencies and vendors.
• Fluent in English for technical documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel customer acquisition strategies to generate qualified B2B leads, sign-ups and orders.
• Build and optimize acquisition funnels across digital channels.
• Track CPL, CAC, CR, and ROAS and optimize campaigns.
• Coordinate daily activities with Meta Ads and Google Ads specialists.
• Monitor budgets, audiences, creatives, and A/B tests.
• Improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
• Manage external agencies and marketing vendors for timely delivery.
• Create briefs for ads, videos, and digital content.
• Collaborate on marketing automation, CRM workflows, and lead tracking.
• Develop email and WhatsApp nurture campaigns to improve conversions.
• Oversee SEO initiatives and content optimization for high‑intent searches.
• Plan offline B2B events and industry exhibitions for lead generation.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning across online/offline campaigns.
• Conduct market/competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports and management insights.
• Work with leadership on new growth initiatives.
