Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to drive customer acquisition and digital growth for a growing B2B and e-commerce business in Indonesia. You will manage end-to-end campaigns, performance marketing, SEO, and marketing automation.

The role collaborates with leadership and a small team to optimize funnels, nurture leads via email and messaging, coordinate external agencies, and report on marketing performance with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce, B2B platforms, or tech startups.
• Strong understanding of retail, consumer goods, e-commerce, or B2B customer acquisition landscape.
• Proven experience managing paid campaigns with measurable lead gen, conversion, and ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel customer acquisition strategies for qualified B2B leads, sign-ups, and orders.
• Build and optimize acquisition funnels across digital channels.
• Track CPL, CAC, CR, and ROAS; adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Coordinate daily activity with Google and Meta ads specialists; optimize budgets and targeting.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, audiences, and A/B tests; iterate quickly.
• Improve landing pages, conversions, and overall customer journeys.
• Manage external agencies and vendors for marketing assets and campaigns.
• Prepare creative briefs and direct ads, videos, and digital content.
• Collaborate with technical teams on marketing automation, CRM workflows, and lead tracking.
• Develop and optimize email and WhatsApp nurture campaigns for lead conversion.
• Oversee SEO strategy, keyword research, site structure, and content optimization.
• Plan offline B2B marketing activities and industry events.
• Coordinate online/offline efforts to ensure consistent branding and leads.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for growth opportunities.
• Produce performance insights and recommendations for management.
• Work with leadership on new growth initiatives and campaigns.
