Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and reconcile invoices and purchase orders.
• Enter vendor invoices into the accounting system accurately.
• Process vendor payments timely via checks or electronic transfers.
• Ensure payments are properly authorized and documented.
• Maintain the accounts payable ledger with accuracy.
• Respond to vendor inquiries about invoice status and payment discrepancies
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues.
• Assist with month-end closing related to accounts payable.
• File and organize all accounts payable documents and support the team.
