Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance.
• At least 2 years in Accounts Payable.
• Understanding of end-to-end AP process and three-way matching.
• Proficient with MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Experience with PR processing and supplier reconciliations.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication with suppliers regarding invoices and payments.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and input Payment Requests (PR) into the system.
• Follow up for PR approval and release.
• Handle invoice receipt, verify accuracy, and exchange with suppliers.
• Verify invoices via three-way matching (PO, goods receipt, and invoice).
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers.
• Input payments and ensure accurate recording.
• Manage payment token securely for authorized payments.
• Ensure timely payments to avoid late fees.
• Reconcile payable balances with suppliers.
• Prepare AP aging reports and payment schedules.
