About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all payments are properly authorized and documented according to company policy.
• Maintain the accounts payable ledger and ensure all balances are accurate.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice status and payment discrepancies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable.
• File and organize all accounts payable documentation.
• Support the accounting team with other tasks as needed.

Requirements
