Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with at least one year in AP, is detail-oriented, English-proficient, and able to multitask within a collaborative team while embracing an agile learning mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 1 year of experience in accounts payable
• Basic knowledge in VAT and WHT is an advantage
• Attention to detail and strong numerical skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Ability to multitask, individually and in a team
• Agile mindset and eagerness to learn

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of AP records
• Ensure documents are complete
• Ensure documents are approved as DOA (Delegation of Authority)
• Approve and verify on Allpay
• Ensure and help staff to understand better about AP process
• Coordinate and maintain good relationship with User (Internal) and Vendor (External)
• Assist in Audit activity
