Job summary

Hong Kong Airlines Limited in Denpasar, Bali is seeking an Officer, Airport Services to oversee ground handling agents and ensure flights operate in line with safety requirements. You will lead airport staff to deliver excellent customer service in diverse situations.

The role requires at least four years in airport services with supervisory experience preferred; fluency in English and Indonesian, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in airport services.
• One year or more of supervisory experience preferred.
• Able to work independently under pressure.
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and the local language (both written and oral).

Assist in compiling reports and in reporting information to headquarters about daily operations.

Instruct and monitor ground handling agents' service performance.

Monitor the performance of his/her subordinates.

Ensure day-to-day operations are smooth and efficient, and deliver clear instructions/guidelines to GHA and HX team members.

Requirements:
