Job summary

BBN Airlines Indonesia is seeking a proactive professional to join its aviation team in an ACMI environment. You will lead station operations, ensuring DGCA compliance and adherence to service agreements while fostering safety and efficiency at the airport.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, 5+ years in station operations, fluent English, and willingness to be deployed to other airports as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in station operations.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• FOO license is preferred.
• Willing to be deployed to other airports as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and manage station functions to ensure service agreements are met.
• Ensure operations comply with latest DGCA regulations.
• Comply with company policies, guidelines, manuals, and instructions.
• Plan, manage and control passenger, ramp, and cargo handling activities efficiently.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are executed and maintained.
• Ensure staff and contracted ground handlers work in a safe and secure environment.
• Maintain a professional, clean, and safe station atmosphere for all staff and contractors.
