Job summary

Singapore Airlines is seeking a Station Operations Coordinator to support daily tasks at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Denpasar. You will oversee check-in arrivals, boarding gate and VIP/HCIP monitoring while supervising GHA staff to ensure smooth operations.

You will manage baggage, customer feedback, investigations, and coordinate with hotels and transport vendors, while generating station reports for the Station Manager. Shift flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; third language is an advantage.
• Service leader with strong customer focus and ability to supervise staff.
• Well-versed in customer-handling, aviation operations, safety and security mindset.
• Able to write reports and route correspondence with service partners and authorities.
• Willing to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to be based at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS).

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operational tasks to support station objectives and team performance.
• Handle flight operations tasks including check-in arrivals, boarding gate and VIP/HCIP monitoring while supervising GHA staff.
• Manage baggage matters, customer feedback, investigations, performance tracking, and coordination with hotels and transport vendors.
• Manage ad hoc delays, customer feedback and crisis management situations.
• Undertake station administrative assignments such as tracking contracts, SLA monitoring, handling accountable documents, and invoice verification.
• Generate station reports related to assigned admin tasks and responsibilities by the Station Manager.
