Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park in Bali is seeking a Guest Relations Team Leader to ensure effective communication of information about activities and facilities, and to oversee the team's shift schedules.

The role focuses on maintaining high service standards to meet visitors' needs, with a preference for candidates who have at least 3 years in Guest Service, including 1 year in a leadership role, and who can communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree from any major is required.
• Min 3 years of experience in Guest Service (min 1 year as Team Leader).
• Experience in the Hospitality industry is preferred.
• Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.
