SM+ is seeking an experienced Office Manager in Jakarta to oversee daily operations, facilities, and vendor coordination, with a focus on regulatory compliance and corporate secretarial support.
You will handle WLKP reporting, foreign worker permits (RPTKA, KITAS), liaise with government agencies, and lead support staff, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processes.
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations and administrative functions, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and corporate secretarial support — including statutory manpower reporting (WLKP), foreign worker permit administration (RPTKA, KITAS, IMTA/GTGT), and management of general affairs support staff and vendors.
What you'll do
Oversee daily office administration, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
Prepare, submit, and maintain the Manpower Report (WLKP) in accordance with statutory deadlines.
Manage the end-to-end foreign worker permit process, such as RPTKA and KITAS, including preparation, submission, renewal, and coordination with relevant government agencies.
Monitor regulatory changes related to manpower and foreign worker compliance, ensuring company policies stay aligned.
Liaise with Disnaker, Immigration, and other government bodies on administrative/regulatory matters.
Manage and supervise Cleaning Services, Security, and Driver personnel, including scheduling, performance, and daily operational needs.
Oversee transportation arrangements and vendor payments (OB, Security, Driver, and related GA vendors), ensuring timely processing and budget accuracy.
Maintain corporate documentation, licenses, and permits, and support board/management meeting coordination.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Office Management, General Affairs, or Corporate Secretarial roles.
Strong working knowledge of Indonesian manpower regulations, including WLKP, RPTKA, KITAS processes.
Prior experience liaising with Disnaker, Immigration, or other government agencies preferred.
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
Experience managing support staff (OB/Security/Driver) and handling vendor/transportation payments.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple compliance deadlines simultaneously.
