Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Organization Development (OD), Talent Management, or related HR function.
• Proven experience in job analysis, job description development, organizational structure design, workload analysis, and performance management systems.
• Strong understanding of competency frameworks and the ability to integrate competency matrices and KPIs into HR processes, employee development, and career path planning.
• Understanding of Manpower Planning (MPP), workforce analysis, and workforce optimization to ensure alignment between organizational structure, workload, and business requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and delegation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Visio, particularly for organizational design, process mapping, and documentation.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang City, Banten.
