Job summary

The role requires a deep understanding of labor regulations, strong data analysis skills in Excel/Sheets, and the ability to influence stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and integrity in HR

Qualifications

• OD concepts with hands-on initiatives to drive organizational improvement.
• In-depth knowledge of labor regulations and handling IR cases.
• Strong performance management experience and execution.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Data analysis skills using Excel/Sheets; familiarity with AI HR tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead OD projects with HR to drive organizational effectiveness and manpower planning.
• Review, update employment policies and legal documentation.
• Advise management on employment regulations and policy implementation.
• Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and termination in compliance with labor laws.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and collaborate with teams as needed.
