Job summary

PT Bintai Kindenko Engineering Indonesia seeks an Organizational Development and Culture Management professional to analyze and shape our org structure, manpower needs, and competency frameworks in line with business strategy.

You will drive career development systems, update job descriptions, and develop culture internalization programs, collaborating with stakeholders to boost productivity and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Organization Development, HR, or related areas.
• Experience in Organization Design, Manpower Planning, Competency, Career Development, or Performance Management.
• Good understanding of organizational structure, job analysis, competency, and business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visio.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and recommend organizational structure, manpower needs, and MPP alignment based on business strategy.
• Analyze competency needs and facilitate development of technical and non-technical competencies.
• Review and improve career development systems and employee career paths.
• Evaluate and update Job Description, Role & Responsibility, and job value across positions.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate culture internalization programs.
• Analyze workforce productivity and organizational effectiveness to support business strategy.
• Drive employee involvement in culture development and innovation initiatives.
• Evaluate and improve business processes to enhance organizational effectiveness.
