Responsibilities

• Manage reservations through multiple channels (telephone, email, WhatsApp, OTA platforms, website).
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues effectively.
• Upsell rooms and villa services.
• Provide excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
