Job summary

Bali Padel Academy in Bali, Indonesia is seeking friendly Reservation Staff and Front Desk Staff for a contract role in Badung. You will handle bookings, maintain systems, and ensure smooth guest experiences across courts, facilities, and services.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year relevant experience, strong communication, and a passion for sports. You will work with the operations team to maintain high guest satisfaction and facility readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and professional demeanour
• Familiarity with booking and reservation systems
• Interest in sports and padel

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries and bookings for padel courts
• Maintain reservation system and court availability
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues
• Coordinate court usage and ensure courts are ready for play
• Support with administrative tasks
• Assist Front Desk and guest services
• Promote BPA facilities tours and services
• Ensure facilities and guest areas are well maintained
