Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Process check-ins and check-outs accurately.
• Manage reservations, amendments and cancellations.
• Respond to inquiries and provide local information.
• Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area at all times.
• Answer calls and direct to appropriate departments.
• Process payments and manage guest accounts.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and local info.
• Update guest records and reservation systems accurately.
