Qualifications

• Previous experience in a guest service or front office role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS).
• Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Provide information on hotel services and local area.
• Resolve guest inquiries and issues with care.
• Process payments and manage guest records with accuracy.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments as needed.
