Job summary

Batiqa is seeking a proactive Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front office team in Pekanbaru. You will ensure a welcoming, efficient guest experience from check-in to check-out, supervising staff and maintaining high service standards.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for customer service in a vibrant hotel setting in Pekanbaru. Salary is competitive and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role, with supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS).

Responsibilities

Supervise and train front desk agents, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and service standards.
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, room availability, and hotel occupancy.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
