Hotel Tugu Bali in Bali seeks a friendly Receptionist/Night Auditor. You will welcome guests at check-in and assist with check-out, handle inquiries, manage reservations, and coordinate with departments to ensure smooth service.

The role includes night audit duties, daily closing, basic accounting tasks, accurate guest records, and maintaining front desk standards. Fluency in English is required; weekend and night shifts are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Receptionist or Night Auditor is preferred.
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
• Able to work in shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
