Job summary

PT. Svaha Jagad Bali is seeking a charismatic Head Receptionist to be the face of our premium nightclub in Bali. You will welcome guests, manage arrivals, and lead a small host team with warmth and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in nightlife guest relations, a strong local network, and excellent English. You will work night shifts, weekends, and holidays, with opportunity to earn service charges and advance VIP guest relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in reception/guest relations in nightlife or premium hospitality.
• Strong network in the Canggu/Seminyak nightlife.
• Excellent English with clear accent.
• Attractive appearance and confident, extroverted personality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage arrival flow professionally.
• Train and schedule the Receptionist/Host team.
• Manage guest reservation systems for daily operations and VIP tables.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager, Floor Captain, and Security on capacity and VIP guests.
• Handle initial guest complaints with firmness and care.
• Build relationships with regular and VIP guests for memorable experiences.

PT. Svaha Jagad Bali is redefining the nightlife experience in Canggu. We are looking for a highly charismatic, organized, and welcoming Head Receptionist to be the face of our premium nightclub. You will be the primary representative of the club, welcoming and managing guest flow with professionalism and warmth.

Key responsibilities

• Be the main face of the nightclub by welcoming, greeting, and managing guest arrival flow in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage, train, and schedule the Receptionist/Host team to ensure maximum service standards at the entrance
• Manage guest reservation systems for daily operations and special events, ensuring accuracy of reservation data, especially for VIP tables
• Coordinate with Operations Manager, Floor Captain, and Security regarding venue capacity, table availability, and VIP guests
• Handle initial guest complaints at the entrance (such as dress code issues or guest list matters) with wisdom, firmness, and prioritizing customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regular and VIP guests to ensure a memorable experience from their first step

About you

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Receptionist, Host/Hostess, or Guest Relations in Nightclub, Beach Club, or Premium Hotel/Restaurant industry. Head/Lead experience highly preferred
• Extensive network and strong understanding of the nightlife target market in Canggu and Seminyak areas
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) with clear accent and confident communication. Additional language skills are a significant advantage
• Very attractive appearance, neat grooming, stylish presentation, and friendly personality with confidence (extrovert)
• Proficient in reservation systems and basic computer skills
• Ability to remain calm, firm, and professional when dealing with difficult guests or during high-volume guest queues
• Must be willing to work night shift hours (evening until early morning), weekends, and public holidays
• Required to provide recent full-body and close-up photos with CV/Resume
