NIGHT AUDITOR / NIGHT RECEPTIONIST

Night Shift

We are looking for a responsible, trustworthy, and independent Night Auditor to supervise the hostel during nighttime hours.

You will be responsible for ensuring guest safety, assisting late arrivals, handling overnight reception duties, and maintaining smooth operations until the morning team arrives.

Key Responsibilities

Night Reception & Guest Services

Welcome guests arriving late and manage late check-ins.

Assist guests with questions, requests, and emergencies.

Handle early check-outs when required.

Answer urgent WhatsApp messages and phone calls.

Verify reservations and guest information.

Provide friendly and professional service to international travelers.

Night Security & Property Supervision

Monitor the hostel premises throughout the night.

Conduct regular security checks.

Ensure guest safety and property security.

Enforce hostel quiet hours and noise regulations.

Prevent unauthorized visitors from entering the property.

Handle noise complaints and unexpected situations professionally.

Report incidents and emergencies to management.

Night Audit & Administration

Review daily reservations and guest arrivals.

Verify payments and outstanding balances.

Check transactions and report discrepancies.

Update the property management system.

Prepare night shift reports.

Communicate important information to the morning reception team.

Property Monitoring

Check entrances, common areas, and facilities.

Monitor swimming pool and jacuzzi areas.

Identify and report maintenance problems.

Ensure the property is secure and ready for morning operations.
