Job summary

PT Bali Utama Cakrawala in Bali invites hospitality professionals to join our team as Guest Relations staff. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Hotel Management or related field, at least 1 year of experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service across our Lv8 Resort Hotel and connected venues.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly in English, demonstrate integrity, and are comfortable using VHP hotel management software.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Strong commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to advise guests.
• High integrity and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with hotel management systems, especially VHP.

Job description
