PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Mining Project Manager to drive end-to-end greenfield nickel operations from infrastructure setup to production. You will oversee pit development, haul roads, jetty construction, and site infrastructure while coordinating with contractors and internal teams.

You will manage production planning, fleet optimization, and cost control in a challenging, safety‑driven environment, delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Certifications such as POP, POM, or POU are highly preferred.
• 8–10 years in mining operations with 3–5 years in leadership roles.
• Experience in Mining Contractors and cost-control oriented environments.
• Strong background in Greenfield projects from infrastructure to production, with Nickel exposure.

Responsabilités

• Lead greenfield mining project development including haul roads, jetty, pit opening, and infrastructure.
• Manage end-to-end mining operations: production scheduling, pit planning, fleet management, and field execution.
• Optimize fleet matching, equipment ratios, manpower allocation, and site productivity.
• Monitor budgets, cost-per-ton, forecasts, and financial efficiency across projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, MDO teams, engineering, pit services, and stakeholders for continuity.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, regulations, and governance requirements.
• Prepare accurate production and milestone reports for senior management.
• Drive operational improvements and resolve site challenges during execution.
