PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Mining Project Manager – Nickel Operations to lead end-to-end mining project execution, focusing on greenfield development, mine infrastructure, and production optimization. You will manage fleet optimization, contractor coordination, and site development to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mining or related technical discipline.
• 8–10 years in mining operations with 3–5 years in management roles.
• Experience with Mining Contractors in cost-control environments.
• Nickel mining or other mineral mining background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead greenfield mining project development, including haul roads and jetty.
• Oversee end-to-end mining operations: scheduling, pit planning, fleet management.
• Optimize fleet matching, manpower, and site productivity.
• Monitor budgets, cost-per-ton, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with contractors, MDO, engineering, and local stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
• Prepare production and project milestone reports for senior management.
• Drive operational improvements and resolve site challenges.
