PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Mining Project Manager – Nickel Operations to lead end-to-end mining development from infrastructure through production and shipping. The role requires hands-on leadership with strong contractor coordination and a focus on safety, cost control, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering or related technical discipline.
• POP/POM/POU certifications are highly preferred.
• 8–10 years of mining operations experience, with 3–5 years in managerial or project leadership roles.
• Proven experience with Mining Contractors in cost-controlled, P&L environments.
• Experience on Greenfield mining projects from infrastructure to production and shipping.
• Background in Nickel mining or other minerals such as Copper, Gold, or Bauxite is preferred.
• Strong understanding of mine planning, pit sequencing, and production optimization.
• Hands‑on expertise in fleet matching, equipment ratios, manpower planning and cost analysis.
• Strong leadership, contractor management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proactive, resilient and able to work in demanding mining environments.
• Adequate English communication skills for technical coordination and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead greenfield mining project development including hauling roads, jetty construction, pit opening and site infrastructure.
• Manage end-to-end mining operations including production scheduling, pit planning, fleet management and site execution.
• Optimize fleet matching, equipment ratios and manpower to maximize productivity.
• Monitor budgets, cost-per-ton, forecasting and financial efficiency across projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, MDO teams, engineering, pit services and local stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, mining regulations and governance requirements.
• Prepare production, operational and milestone reports for senior management.
• Drive improvements and resolve site challenges during project execution.
