Pt Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Mining Project Manager – Nickel Operations to lead greenfield development from early infrastructure to production in Indonesia, with a hands-on operational leadership style and a focus on cost control, safety, and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong contractor coordination, fleet optimization, pit development, and collaboration with MDO teams and local stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mining or related technical field.
• 8–10 years of mining operations experience with 3–5 years in managerial roles.
• Experience with mining contractors and strict cost-control environments.
• Experience in greenfield projects from infrastructure to production.
• Nickel mining experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead greenfield mining project development including hauling roads, jetty construction, pit opening, and supporting site infrastructure.
• Manage end-to-end mining operations including production scheduling, pit planning, fleet management, and operational execution.
• Optimize fleet matching, equipment ratios, manpower allocation, and site productivity to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor budgeting, cost-per-ton performance, forecasting, and financial efficiency across projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, MDO teams, engineering, pit services, and local stakeholders to ensure continuity.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, mining regulations, and governance requirements.
• Prepare production, operational, and project milestone reports for senior management.
• Drive operational improvements and resolve site-related challenges during execution.
