Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Mining Project Manager – Nickel Operations in Sulawesi to lead greenfield development, infrastructure setup, and transition to production. You will manage fleets, schedules, and site teams while driving efficiency and compliance across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 8–10 years in mining with 3–5 years in leadership, experience with mining contractors, and a strong grasp of cost control and P&L impact in nickel or related operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mining or related technical discipline.
• 8–10 years in mining ops with 3–5 years in leadership roles.
• Experience with mining contractors and strict cost-control environments.
• Knowledge of nickel or other mineral mining is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead greenfield mining project development from infrastructure to production.
• Oversee end-to-end mining operations including scheduling and fleet management.
• Optimize productivity, manpower, and equipment use for efficiency.
• Monitor budgets, cost-per-ton, and forecast financial performance.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineering, pit services, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, regulations, and governance.
• Prepare production and milestone reports for senior management.
• Drive improvements and resolve site challenges during execution.
