Job summary

CONNEXIUS GROUP PTE LTD is seeking a Networking Manager to develop and maintain relationships with senior industry attendees for conferences and events. You will drive attendance of qualified delegates and create meaningful networking opportunities for attendees and sponsors.

Responsibilities include identifying senior decision-makers, building a strong network through calls, emails and LinkedIn, and ensuring attendance targets are met while coordinating one-to-one meetings and networking

Qualifications

• Degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years in business development, delegate acquisition, account management or similar client-facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal, phone and written communication skills.

• Meet delegate attendance targets for quality and number of attendees
• Arrange one-to-one meetings between attendees, sponsors and partners
• Plan and run networking sessions, roundtables and hosted activities at events
• Keep the CRM database accurate and up to date
• Work closely with the production and sales teams to align the audience with event content and sponsor needs

About you

• Degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, delegate acquisition, account management or a similar client-facing role
• Excellent interpersonal, phone and written communication skills
• Target-driven, persuasive and comfortable reaching out to senior executives
• Organised and detail-oriented, with experience using a CRM a plus
• Willing to travel for events when required
