Job summary

Pendidikan seeks an events lead to plan and execute end-to-end events, drive ticket sales strategies, and build partnerships with sponsors, schools, communities, and brands.

You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, venues, talent, and crew, manage on-day operations, and prepare post-event evaluations and reports, while working to tight targets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in event, sales, marketing, sponsorship, or partnership is a plus
• Communicative, confident, and skilled in negotiation
• Proactive in identifying opportunities and networking
• Able to work with targets and deadlines
• Problem solver and able to work under pressure
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work outside regular hours during event preparation and on event day
• Existing network with schools, communities, or brands is a plus
