Job summary

CONNEXIUS GROUP PTE LTD is seeking a Networking Manager to develop and maintain relationships with senior industry attendees for conferences and events. You will drive attendance of qualified delegates and create meaningful networking opportunities for attendees and sponsors.

Responsibilities include identifying senior decision-makers, building a strong network through calls, emails and LinkedIn, and ensuring attendance targets are met while coordinating one-to-one meetings and networking

Qualifications

• Degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years in business development, delegate acquisition, account management or similar client-facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal, phone and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact and invite senior decision-makers to attend conferences and events.
• Build and manage a strong network of industry contacts via calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Meet delegate attendance targets for quality and quantity of attendees.
• Arrange one-to-one meetings between attendees, sponsors and partners.
• Plan and run networking sessions, roundtables and hosted activities at events.
• Keep the CRM database accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to align audience with content and sponsor needs.
