Pendidikan seeks an energetic events specialist to drive planning, execution, and post-event analysis for our programs in Bandung. You will lead ticketing strategies, build partnerships with schools and sponsors, and coordinate with vendors, venues, and talent to ensure seamless event delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in event, sales, marketing, sponsorship, or partnership is a plus.
• Communicative, confident, and strong negotiation skills.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities and strong networking abilities.
• Able to work with targets and deadlines.
• Problem solver and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work outside regular hours during event preparation and on event day.
• Existing network with schools, communities, or brands is a plus.

Create databases and monitor ticket sales and sponsorship. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, venues, talent, and crew. Ensure all event requirements are ready and executed according to schedule on event day. Handle operational challenges during the event. Prepare evaluation and reports after the event.
