The Conference Producer researches, develops and delivers high-quality conference programmes. You'll identify the topics that matter to the industry, secure senior speakers, and build agendas that attract delegates and sponsors.

Key responsibilities

Research industry trends, challenges and market developments through desk research and interviews with senior stakeholders

Develop conference themes, agendas and session formats such as keynotes, panels and workshops

Identify, approach and confirm high-level speakers, including C-suite executives, government officials and industry experts

Write compelling marketing copy for brochures, websites and email campaigns

Work closely with the marketing, sales and operations teams to meet delegate and revenue targets

Manage speakers before and during the event, including briefings, logistics and on-site coordination

Collect post-event feedback and use it to improve future programmes

About you

Degree in business, communications, journalism or a related field

1–3 years of experience in conference production, research, journalism or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong research skills are welcome to apply)

Excellent research, writing and communication skills

Confident approaching and speaking with senior executives

Well organised and able to manage several projects and deadlines at once

Willing to travel for events when required
