Responsibilities

• Managing unsecured mails on supporting documents, receiving and sending email related to customer requests.
• RMS follow-up, approval and admin: support service team to validate customer requests for accuracy before execution by Banking ops or Card ops.
• Authorization: answering queries from service team related to Authorization process & managing acquiring bank for cancelling transactions; coordinating contact center projects to enhance IVR & digital channels.
