Job summary

DBS Bank is seeking a hands-on professional for Operations at its Jakarta Head Office. You will ensure client services align with SOPs, assist in coaching staff, and maintain documentation and process quality.

The role involves supporting business partners, reviewing job descriptions, and upholding BCP/DRP with annual testing. You will help manage inquiries, support product launches, and escalate issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ recognized banking experience in Operations, preferably in custody operations.
• Knowledge regarding Custody Operations.
• Knowledge on Capital Markets and Banking Regulation.
• Knowledge on Custody/Back Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correctness and completeness of client services activities per SOP and regulations.
• Support Head of CS in coaching staff and updating job descriptions.
• Review and document standard processes; maintain BCP/DRP and test annually.
• Escalate unit issues to Head of CS or higher management.
• Liaise with business partners and other units to support growth forecasts and product launches.
