Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service by introducing appropriate bank services/products to customers' queries.
• Perform other operational duties and work as support function.
• Offer a number of product promos and existing products directly to customers.
• Cross-sell HSBC products to existing customers.
• Directs and informs the product digitally and provides technical guidance for accessing the system (digital).
• Implement administrative follow-up process on products approved by customers.
• Record and follow up any complaints submitted by the customer.
• Manage the operational risk in relation to activities and relationships with customers in accordance with prevailing rules and procedures.
