Job summary

HSBC Indonesia is seeking an Admin Staff to support operations in Palembang. You will assist customers with queries, process transactions, and carry out administrative duties to ensure smooth daily banking activities.

Requirements: Indonesian citizen, bachelor's degree (fresh graduates welcome), good communication, English proficiency and computer literacy, able to work under pressure.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service by introducing appropriate bank services/products to customers' queries.
• Perform other operational duties and function as support.
• Offer product promos and existing products to customers.
• Cross-sell HSBC products to existing customers.
• Direct and inform customers about digital access and provide guidance.
• Follow up on administrative processes for approved products.
• Record and follow up customer complaints.
• Manage operational risk in activities and relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• To provide excellent service through introducing appropriate bank services / products to customers' queries.
• To perform other operational duties and work as support function.
• Offer a number of product promos and existing products directly to customers.
• Conducting HSBC's cross sell product to existing customers.
• Directs and informs the product digitally and provides technical guidance for accessing the system (digital).
• Implement administrative follow-up process on products approved by customers.
• Record and follow up any complaints submitted by the customer.
• Managing the operational risk in relation to activities and relationships with customers in accordance with prevailing rules and procedures.

Requirements

• Indonesia Citizen only.
• Bachelor DegreeFresh graduates are welcome.
• Having experience as Admin Staff would be an advantage.
• Good communication skill Proficiency in English and Computer Literate.
• Able to work under pressure.
