Qualifications

• University graduate at the minimum.
• Experience in Banking industry with 2–5 years.
• Strong in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in project management, report generation, data analytics, system implementation and change management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess current business processes; remove process waste; initiate simplified process to reduce time processing, to minimize potential bank’s risk, to increase customer’s satisfaction, to manage customer’s protection and to deliver operational service excellence.
• Contribute business revenue growth / cost saving with delivery of process improvement; monitoring KRI; managing risk and control.
• Implement global/local initiative of new system implementation, system enhancement, system demise.
• Leading and coordinating the implementation of organizational/regulatory/product/policy changes, ensuring that they are effectively adopted or executed.
• Delivering clear and concise communication about the change to frontlines/ supporting function. Become change lead/agent to ensure the implementation is successful.
• Track the progress of change initiative, measure the effectiveness, provide retrospective action, create iterative improvements or necessary adjustment to achieve the goals and ensure they are sustained over time.
• Engage key stakeholders, risk steward, users and communicate the need of change and manage their expectation.
