Job summary

La Finca Management seeks an experienced Operational Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across its hospitality properties in Bali. You will drive operational excellence, uphold service standards, and coordinate across departments to improve performance.

You will lead department heads, manage budgets, monitor costs, and ensure guest satisfaction while complying with health and safety regulations. Mult-property oversight and travel between sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in hospitality operations with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience managing hotel, villa, resort, or multi-property operations preferred.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and financial performance understanding.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations across all properties to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure all departments meet company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate SOPs to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate department heads and operational teams to achieve company objectives.
• Monitor operational costs, budgets, and expenses to ensure effective cost control and profitability.
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, service quality, and overall guest experience.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve productivity and performance.
• Conduct regular operational inspections, evaluations, and performance reviews across properties.
• Coordinate with the management team regarding business strategies, operational targets, and improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and applicable government regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
• Prepare and present regular operational reports and performance updates to management.
