Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in hospitality management or related field.
• Experience managing large housekeeping teams in luxury properties.
• Strong knowledge of luxury housekeeping standards and inventory control.
• Experience in SOP development and quality inspections.
• Ability to manage cost control and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping, laundry, and public area operations across multiple properties.
• Maintain high cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms, villas, and public spaces.
• Conduct daily inspections and quality audits to pre-empt issues.
• Develop and optimize SOPs, checklists, and procedures.
• Coordinate with Engineering and other departments for property upkeep.
• Supervise and develop a large housekeeping workforce across properties.
• Lead training programs on standards, safety, and guest service.
• Manage housekeeping budgets, linen inventories, and supplies.
• Monitor laundry operations and linen usage to control costs.
• Foster a culture of accountability and zero-defect cleanliness.
• Address guest complaints and implement corrective actions.
