Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the F&B industry.
• Strong understanding of revenue drivers, costs, and profitability.
• Ability to translate data into actionable commercial actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall business performance of café operations including revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase traffic and average transaction value.
• Identify upselling, promotions, and menu optimization opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, product mix, and customer behavior to drive improvements.
• Lead and develop store teams to sustain service quality and productivity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Supply Chain to implement initiatives.
• Provide regular performance reviews and action plans to Management.
