Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in management or supervisory roles.
• Experience in cafe, bar, and restaurant operations with staff management.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Establish business plans by analyzing market demand for cafe, bar and venue operations.
• Oversee daily operations for cafe, bar, building management and tenant activities.
• Manage reservations and operational flow for venue spaces and facilities.
• Control purchases and inventory.
• Record and analyze cost, stock and sales performance.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality.
• Ensure staff follow SOPs and facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards.
• Stay updated with trends in F&B and venue management.
• Prepare policies and SOPs to maintain productivity and quality.
• Recruit, train and manage cafe staff to meet service standards.
